Position Overview

Join our team as a Graduate Implementation Associate. This role is critical to the success of our implementations as you will help support clients and the implementation team to learn the clients’ processes, configure the system, and help roll it out with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the implementation team and clients to understand client needs and requirements.
  • Participate in client workshops to gather information and provide insights into software capabilities.
  • Configure the CGRf system to align with client specifications
  • Assist in conducting training sessions for end-users on system functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase and post-go-live.

Qualification/Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Currently studying a degree that includes Risk, Safety, or Compliance. Or recently graduated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • You must have the right to work in Australia with a valid VISA or an Australian citizen.
